This was not at the Lazy Bear but it is a good reminder to guests to keep their cars locked, don’t keep food in your vehicle, and don’t keep ice chests with food out on our deck.

Guests LOVE the Lazy Bear Lodge. These guests were from Texas and stayed in June/July.

Snow in May! This was actually what the neighbors called a soft hail;snow and rain mix. It looked and felt like Dippin’ Dots if you’ve ever had those. It was fun and short-lived.

Lazy Bear upgrade! We now have two heavy duty nice Adirondack chairs! Our goal is to have four eventually and to replace the cheaper, lightweight chairs.

FYI, if you have a trip planned to the Lazy Bear in the winter, all wheel drive is recommended at a minimum. 4 wheel drive is better. Our drive has a pretty good slope to it, making it tricky to get up with only front wheel drive. Also, our street entrance can be tricky to get up with snow and front wheel drive (ask me how I know! 😂) You don’t want to park on the street if there is snow, as the snow plow needs to get through.
