We’d like to inform fellow short-term rental business owners about an unresolved issue with a guest. Jenna Camille Bustamante, known on Facebook as Jenna Chii, has an outstanding balance from her stay with our property, which she has not settled. Despite multiple attempts to reach her, she blocked our number.

This message is not intended to defame or harm anyone but to raise awareness and encourage responsible transactions. We hope this information helps other rental owners in making informed decisions.

We’re open to resolving this matter and will take this post down once the outstanding balance is cleared.
