We met while camping at the age o
f 13. Yes, that means that we were Junior High School sweethearts. The summer days we spent holding hands at a small southern Minnesota campground brought us together, but it was getting to know each other long distance through letters and phone conversations that made us realize we were not meant to be apart. After 11 years of courtship we were married in 2007. Aside from photography, some of the things we love to do are: watching movies, taking road trips, camping, snowboarding, and just being with each other. About our Photography:
Take a look around our galleries. We hope you’ll find that each photograph we produce starts from a special place within. As photographers, we have to feel the moments as if they are a part of us. We think that the art of photography is so much more than technique and skill (although that helps too!). We like to think that each moment is a gift. We know that every breath has its own life. It is our aim to seize the essence of the moment and expose the beauty that lies within each instant and within YOU! About our Legacy:
A piece of paper with some colorful ink on it is just that. A digital image made up of pixels and bytes is just that. But a moment frozen in time is something different, something spectacular. We don’t plan on creating photographs, pieces of paper or digital pictures. We will let these mediums play a small part in our intent to capture the spirit of your memories and create pieces of art that your family and friends will embrace for generations. Throughout your life you will collect many memories, but with our help you’ll vividly recount the ones that matter most to you. You will undoubtedly see many pieces of art over the years.
