It’s always good to get down to Court House in the spring to make sure it’s looking its best for the busy months ahead. The garden always needs some attention at this time of year and I hope the two carfuls of garden waste I took to the local tip have made a difference.

I have also managed to eliminate the worst of the knocking water pipes and do a bit of repainting.

On the downside, the Welsh Government have just introduced new waste separation rules with six categories of waste. But we’ve set up new systems and hopefully made it as easy as possible for visitors.

On the plus side, The Daily Telegraph has just voted Solva one of the top 20 most beautiful seaside villages in Britain and ‘best for natural drama’. https://rb.gy/bt59fl and https://rb.gy/b78csf

Our favourite beach in the whole of Pembrokeshire. I spent some happy childhoods splashing round that rock pool. Book Court House and you could enjoy days on Druidstone too.
