Position: Sales – Marketing (EU/US Market)
Job Description:
• Identify and develop potential clients in the localization sector for the EU/US market.
• Promote the company’s brand and services, expanding our global client network.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Support the team in marketing and sales activities to achieve optimal results.
• Meet revenue targets, driving business growth.
Requirements:
• Experience in the localization industry is a strong advantage.
• Sales and international marketing skills, with knowledge of the EU/US market.
• Good command of English.
• Flexible working hours (full-time is not required).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, creative, and responsible.
• Willing to travel when necessary.

If you are interested in learning about local life in Vietnam, there could not be a better time than Tết.
Tết - the Lunar New Year is a traditional festival in Vietnam and plays an important role in Vietnamese culture. It is as big as the New Year in the others countries. It marks the arrival of spring and the beginning of a new year. Tet holiday is the reunion of all family: all members gather to clean and decor their homes, prepare special foods like CHUNG cake (square sticky rice cake), and honor their ancestors. Streets are vibrant with red decorations.
After a year of working, Tết holiday is the time for people visit their relatives, friends and people exchange red envelopes containing lucky money. They are typically given by elders to children and unmarried adults as a way to wish them health, happiness, and fortune.
The new year brings new good starts. May this year bring you and your family abundant prosperity, good health, and endless joy.

In Vietnam, both Christmas and New Year are celebrated with a spirit that reflecting a mix of modern influences and local traditions. Although Buddhism is the main religion in VietNam, Christmas has become increasingly popular, especially among the younger generations.
Christmas is celebrated mainly on December 24th. In major cities like Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, streets and shopping malls are beautifully decorated with colorful lights, Christmas trees, and festive ornaments. Regardless of religious beliefs, people enjoy the festive atmosphere. Families and friends often gather to celebrate, sharing meals, singing carols, and exchanging gifts. Some people attend midnight mass in local churches, creating a warm and joyous community spirit.

Following Christmas, New Year’s Eve on January 1st is another significant celebration. This occasion is marked with Countdown parties, fireworks, and public celebrations. Many families come together to enjoy a special dinner, express their hopes and dreams for the future. Everyone says “Happy New Year” and sends their best wishes to each others for the coming year at New Year's Eve.

1. Vị trí tuyển dụng: Kỹ sư xử lý video/multimedia (mảng bản địa hoá)
2. Số lượng: 05 nhân viên (Nam/nữ)
3. Loại hình lao động: Dài hạn
4. Mức lương: thoả thuận khi phỏng vấn (có thưởng theo tháng/quý/năm)
5. Trình độ văn hoá: Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học
6. Trình độ chuyên môn:
- Yêu thích các công việc liên quan đến xử lý hình ảnh và âm thanh của video.
- Đã có kĩ năng cơ bản như: cắt ghép nội dung, tạo text, sử dụng hiệu ứng thông qua những công cụ thông dụng như Adobe Premiere, Camtasia.
- Đã có kĩ năng cơ bản trong Adobe After Effect như xử lý keyframe và hiệu ứng.
- Có kĩ năng sử dụng với Adobe Photoshop, InDesign và Illustrator là một lợi thế.
- Có kiến thức về phát triển các script/macro tuỳ biến theo yêu cầu dành cho các bộ công cụ của Microsoft Office hoặc Adobe.
- Có khả năng viết code.
7. Điều kiện khác:
- Có thể đi công tác trong nước và nước ngoài.
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc hoặc đã từng học việc, thử việc liên quan đến mảng xử lý video/multimedia.
- Có tính cẩn thận cao trong công việc.
8. Địa điểm làm việc: Hà Nội, Quảng Ninh, Hưng Yên (Ân Thi), ưu tiên các ứng viên tại Hà Nội.
9. Chế độ và quyền lợi:
- Được đóng BHXH theo quy định của Luật lao động nhà nước + thưởng lễ tết theo quy định của Công ty.

Halloween is not only a festival of the devil, but also a festival of bravery and creativity.
Halloween is a festival of Christian origin, held on October 31 every year.
In Vietnam, Halloween was introduced more than 20 years ago through international students, the foreign community, the movies and this festival has quickly become an event that young people eagerly await every year.
Imagine, one night in late October, you and a group of close friends gather, dress up as demons, goblins, or even fairy tale characters, and wander on the street or participate in parties full of spooky lights. The feeling of fear blends with laughter and cheerful shouts.
Obviously, Halloween in Vietnam does not stop at simply importing culture but has become a holiday where young people can have fun, escaping the constraints of daily life.
