Rick is based In Vietnam, with a need for his UK passport again after so many years. He was unsure of how to go about starting the process. After a telephone conference with Jacob, we established the best course of action and began work on his application.

"I recently decided to try and renew my GB passport after living outside the UK for 30 years. I knew it was going be tricky as I had not seen my last UK passport for over 25 years (I have Australian Citizenship) and had changed my first name since then too.
