*New Rules Regarding Umrah Visa Application Process*

Currently, there are important changes in the Umrah visa application process, especially related to hotel bookings. The following are the key points to note:

1. *Hotel Booking Must Be Verified*
All visa applicants (travel agents) must have a confirmed hotel booking, either through a hotel provider or direct booking with the hotel. The hotel booking number will be required as part of the visa application process.

2. *Confirmation from the Hotel*
If the agent books the hotel independently, they must contact the hotel or provider to ensure their request is received and confirmed in the Nusuk system. We will only proceed with the visa application once the hotel has accepted the request in the system.

3. *Hotel Confirmation Requirements*
Each hotel may have different policies regarding confirmation requirements. However, most hotels will not confirm the request in the Nusuk system unless payment has been fully settled. Therefore, visa applicants (travel agents) are strongly advised to confirm directly with the provider or hotel to ensure the booking has been accepted and is ready to proceed (must be clear in advance).

4. *Alternative if Hotel Request is Rejected in Nusuk*
Visa applications can still be submitted; however, the applicant must submit a new request through the Muassasah to another hotel in the Nusuk system. This process may incur additional fees.

5. *Hotels Available in the Nusuk System*
Only hotels that are validated and officially licensed by the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia and registered in the Nusuk system can be booked.
