This is a recently renovated typical small house in the outskirts of Soller with a nice garden, pool and parking space in a quiet neighborhood. Facing south, the property enjoys nice views to the mountains and it is no more that 15-18 minutes away walking from the Soller center (about 8 minutes by car). Port de Soller is about 10 minutes away, Fornalutx about 15 minutes, Deia about 30 and Valldemossa about 45.

This house is located in the outskirts of Soller, and is well equipped with all kinds of amenities, including AC, heating and a large TV. The large garden has some sunbeds for private sun tanning, a barbecue, table and chairs.

The house is very close to the centre of Sóller (5 min walk).

Sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms). This traditional Soller townhouse that retains the original Majorcan character has been lovingly renovated to offer every modern amenity for a perfect holiday.
