Camp on Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine. It's on the upper bay on the west side of the lake. About 10 minutes from Gray center.
A wonderful spot near "the rock" where people from around the lake come to jump off. I bought this camp in 2012 mostly as an investment property. But I was having too much fun using it to rent it out very much. Now the kids are grown and I'm busier with my real estate business so it's time to share a bit more. And get some help with the taxes and other expenses. :-)
