CINPEC 2025 is almost here — and everything is being carefully prepared behind the scenes!
This year’s trip will take CINPEC participants through Italy, France, and Israel, and we’re making sure every detail is in place.

Daniele Waknine-Freche, our African Department Manager, is currently traveling with Mme Catherine Sarr, Deputy General Secretary of CINPEC and this year’s trip coordinator, to prepare the route.

Their first stop was Rome, where they had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Isidor Marcel Sène, Senegal Ambassador to the Vatican, for an official visit and warm exchange.
They also met with Mme Monica Germani, Senior Manager at SIT Transport, to review and confirm transportation arrangements for the group.

The team visited hotels to inspect rooms and ensure the services match the group’s needs and stopped at local restaurants to finalize lunch menus.

With everything on track in Rome, they’re now on their way to Lourdes to continue the preparations.

Walking with Purpose: Our USA Pilgrims on the Camino 🇺🇸➡️🇪🇸

We were honored to accompany a small but mighty group of five pilgrims from the USA on a spiritual and scenic journey - walking the Camino de Santiago, from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela.
They did not walk alone—one of our experienced Camino guides was with them every step of the way, sharing insights, encouragement, and a few local secrets along the path.
What made this pilgrimage extra special? We made it a VIP hiking experience. Their luggage traveled in our dedicated assistance van, allowing them to walk freely and fully immerse themselves in the beauty and spirit of the Camino—no heavy backpacks, just light steps and open hearts.

What achievements are you most proud of?
I’m proud of our growth in both group volume and turnover. We now have over 20 dedicated team members. We’ve also expanded geographically, with strong local operations in Portugal, Spain, France, and Bulgaria. This lets us provide excellent service across Europe while staying close to our clients’ needs. 🚀🌐

How do you ensure customer satisfaction?
It’s all about attention to detail. We prevent issues before they arise and respond quickly when they do. Our approach is personal and hands-on. We combine deep local expertise with a mindset of flexibility and creativity. No cookie-cutter tours, each group gets a tailored experience, which keeps clients satisfied and loyal. 🤝✨

What tips would you give partners booking group tours?
First, understand the realities of Europe: high demand, but rigid and sometimes bureaucratic supply systems. Bookings take time, planning, and realistic expectations. Second, know the local culture and seasonality. Our job is to bridge those gaps with experience, creativity, and strong relationships. My advice: plan early, trust the process, and stay flexible; it pays off. 📅🧭

What are your department’s main challenges?
Competition is our biggest challenge. Many companies in Europe offer lower prices by compromising on service and product quality. We maintain high standards, which aren’t always easy to explain upfront. Instead of cutting corners, we focus on improving efficiency, strengthening supplier ties, and delivering personal, responsive service. Once a group travels with us, they usually come back—because they experience the difference. 🛡️💼

🇲🇽✨ Our group from Mexico had an unforgettable time exploring Krakow! From the thrill of rafting through beautiful natural landscapes, to the joy of a lively folklore show full of Polish music and dance, and a visit to the breathtaking Wieliczka Salt Mine, where they discovered an underground world like no other, including a stunning church with salt carvings. Every moment was magical.

What an incredible journey through history, culture, and adventure!

¡Nuestro grupo de México tuvo un tiempo inolvidable explorando Cracovia! Desde la emoción de hacer rafting por hermosos paisajes naturales, hasta la alegría de un animado espectáculo folclórico lleno de música y danza polaca, y una visita a la impresionante Mina de Sal de Wieliczka, donde descubrieron un mundo subterráneo como ningún otro, incluyendo una asombrosa iglesia con tallas de sal.
