Why Timeshares & Vacation Clubs Aren’t Worth It.

📵 UNPLUGGED from the digital world for a few days on a laptop-free solo retreat in Mexico 🇲🇽 to recharge and renew. It rained cats and dogs and honestly that was glorious!

👸🏻 I had the good fortune of attending Natasha Horner’s retreat for Ladies Moving to Spain, a brilliant experience set in the Málaga region of Andalusia. Made new friends who share the same passions about living our best lives abroad. I could not be more excited about what the future holds for me in Europe!

A PERSONAL LOSS

✝️ My mother, Rosa María, departed on November 15th at the age of 97. I’m grateful to have been able to be with her for her last few days up until her last breath. I take comfort in knowing that she is now finally in peace, after having lived a long and rewarding life.

🇺🇸 It was truly my honor to volunteer for the Harris/Walz campaign in the few months and weeks leading up to the election. Though the outcome was not what my party hoped for, it was an amazing experience to partake in voter registration, door-to-door canvassing, and working on the phone banks in passionate support of our candidates. It was the right thing to do and I would do it again. Hands down. In a HEARTBEAT.

The shining star of the Caribbean is also the family, heritage and pride of 1.2 million voters in FL and half a million voters in PA - both swing states, and the not-so-negligible boricua populations in battleground areas of OH, NC, MI, and GA.

I’d like to extend my gratitude to the unfunny comedian, Tony Hinchcliffe, for helping our cause tonight by helping to flip some of these areas BLUE. 💙💙💙

Today I’m leaving behind an amazing experience in Malaga, Spain with a group of women looking to make positive changes in our lives. This retreat was focused on helping us get there. My plan is to make Spain my home in the not too distant future. Stay tuned!

PS: While this was NOT a work trip for my business, it was my first personal experience staying in a luxury villa. I strongly recommend this type of accommodation for groups: multi-gen families, groups of couples, retreat leaders, or girlfriend getaway. There’s nothing like having an entire home to yourself.
