Mission City Travel is celebrating 10 Years of business in 2025!!

It’s fitting we re-introduce ourselves as we begin a new year. We have so much to celebrate and are grateful for the people who have trusted us over the years!

Mission City Travel is a tour and travel company. We began 10 years ago to assist churches in going on short-term mission trips primarily to New York City. Along the way, we did our fair share of leisure trips (Disney, cruises, & all-inclusive vacations) too, but we mainly supported churches in the early days.

In 2019 we partnered with and acquired MissionNYC which was based out of New York City. This strengthened our short-term mission offerings in New York City.

In 2019 we began offering motorcoach trips because churches asked us for this.

Our business has continued to grow.

We learned that there were limited tour operators and receptive operators locally that were highlighting Myrtle Beach. We quickly joined the Chamber of Commerce and have started working with other tour operators to bring their guests to Myrtle Beach.

We had our best year ever in 2024 and 2025 is set to exceed that. As people began to learn about our company and leadership, we have grown to 15 travel advisors in six different states and we’re still growing on the travel advisor side! On the tour operating side, we have 3 dedicated group sales specialist, administrative assistant, a financial/HR support person.

Everything is built on relationships.

I’m so grateful for our team. I’m so glad for those that have trusted us with your trips.

In 2025, we’re here for your vacations, your motorcoach trips, school trips, adult trips, your short-term mission trips, etc.
