A visit paid to Al Nejashi by the Motherland Beckons team was expository. Al Nejashi which is the first mosque in Africa played host to Prophet Mohammed's (s.a.w) followers. the king at that time was a Christian and he with open arms, protected the Muslims that came seeking refuge. This act proves the importance of religious tolerance amongst us as humans.
