Want to see one of my kids' favorite areas in Magic Kingdom? Storybook Circus is tucked away and honestly quite easy to miss!

Here are some highlights of the area:
💦Casey Jr. Splash 'N' Soak Station: Such a fun splash pad and the perfect place to cool off. The colorful circus train sprays mist and water from all angles. Pack a change of clothes or a quick-dry towel for this one.

🎪Pete's Silly Sideshow: Step right up to meet some of your favorite characters in their "circus performer" outfits! This is where you can find Goofy as the "Great Goofini," Donald as the snake charmer, and Minnie and Daisy in adorable themed costumes.

🐘Dumbo the Flying Elephant & Indoor Playground: Dumbo is already a must-do classic, but while you wait for your turn, kids can play in the indoor, air-conditioned playground. You can also visit the playground after riding, or can skip the ride altogether. Another great thing about this playground is that it has a special section for kids 2 and under.

🎢For the little thrill seekers, check out the Barnstormer roller coaster. This ride requires riders to be 35 inches tall.

🪩During Cool Kid Summer, there is an additional event going on at the Big Top - Kids can join the DJ Ringmaster for a summertime dance party, pop-up silliness with Pluto, and kid-friendly midway-style games with even more hands-on activities inside Big Top Souvenirs!

But seriously, if I haven't convinced you to checkout Disney's Boardwalk yet, my job here isn't complete. My favorite place on property for so many reasons.. the lively atmosphere which ironically makes me feels instantly calm. The food. The energy. The views of Crescent Lake. The proximity to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. The nightlife. The tea parties. The margarita stand.

What did I miss?

Disney propaganda I am falling for. I don't always agree about everything that people say regarding Disney, but here's a few things that I DO believe are worth the hype!

✨If you are planning on visiting the parks more than 2-3 days, absolutely consider factoring in a rest day to your schedule! Take the time to enjoy the pool, stroll the Boardwalk, or shop at Disney Springs. Try a new restaurant at a Disney resort or play mini golf. There is so much to do outside of the parks that can be relaxing and a much needed break in between theme park days.

✨Club Level offers a more all-inclusive feel, so if you can make it work in your budget, I recommend trying it once to see how you like it! Club level offers access to a private lounge with breakfast, evening wine and beer, and all the snacks and desserts.

✨Character meals are always a go to, especially when we have our kids, mainly because they love meeting characters, but most character meet-and-greets no longer offer lightning lanes. Character dining allows you to enjoy a meal (and take a break in the AC!) while characters come to your table in a rotation- this is an excellent way to meet 4-5 characters without any lines.

✨Lightning Lanes are our family's saving grace at Disney. Without a doubt, budget for this for your trip so you don't spend so much time in queues.

✨Although deluxe resorts (and club level) are pretty sweet, you really can have just as much fun at a value resort. Our kids actually LOVE the theming and larger-than-life statues at these resorts, and having access to the skyliner is an additional bonus at Pop Century and Art of Animation.

Can I tell you my favorite part about my job? Getting to play a small part in families making the most magical memories.

My clients have truly turned into some of my best friends. Being able to share my knowledge with them to help craft their perfect itinerary and trip means so much more to me than they will ever know. I'm so grateful that I get to play a small part in their vacation.

Getting to call Disney my office is pretty neat though 😉
