Yesterday was a whirlwind in the best way. After an early flight in, I went straight to Islands of Adventure to kick off the day with my fellow Wish Upon a Castle agents and our amazing Universal BDM. We were treated to our own VIP Tour and hit all the headliners at IOA and US (my first-ever ride on VelociCoaster was front row, and WOW)

Afterwards we grabbed some delicious fish & chips at the Three Broomsticks (a must), then explored more of Islands before heading over for a tour of the iconic Hard Rock Hotel. Finally got to check into my room at the brand-new Stella Nova and it is truly out of this world 🌌

I enjoyed a solo dinner at the bar at Vivo Italian Kitchen (highly recommend) and rejoined the group to close out the day.

Stay tuned, the trip is just getting started, and I might need your help deciding how to spend my departure day 👀 Oh, and today is going to be EPIC 😉

🎄 The holidays are my favorite time of year, especially at Walt Disney World. 🎄

From stunning decorations and festive entertainment in the parks, to the cozy, twinkling touches at the resorts… the holidays at WDW are truly something special.

I can’t wait to experience Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party again and head back to Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios, because who doesn’t love a little glitz with their holiday cheer? ❄️🌟

This morning I woke up seriously craving a Disney breakfast… so for this week’s , I’m highlighting a few menu items I’d hop on a plane for right now! ✈️🍽️

First up: the coconut-flavored iced coffee with Amarula cream liqueur from Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery in Animal Kingdom. ☕️🥥 Located in the Africa section of the park, this drink is refreshingly smooth with just the right touch of sweet, creamy liqueur — a perfect way to kick off a day of Disney magic!

Next, let’s talk about Kona Cafe at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort — home of my favorite breakfast platter: the Macadamia Nut Pancakes! 🥞 Topped with macadamia nut butter and pineapple sauce and served with your choice of breakfast meat, they’re tropical perfection. Pair them with a press pot of Hawaiian Kona coffee and thank me later! 🌺

And finally, who doesn’t love a free add-on? At Grand Floridian Cafe, no matter what you order, you’ll be treated to their famous buttermilk biscuits with citrus butter to start. 🍊🧈 These are warm, flaky, and absolutely crave-worthy.
