Alright… we’ve gotta discuss it.

I’ve been a die hard Big Thunder Mt. fan since my first time visiting Disney way back when! Last year, my children experienced their first ride on the railroad and it pretty much solidified my love for it! It was the first “big coaster” my kiddos have ever attempted and to my surprise, THEY LOVED IT!! I could hear my son’s laughter from 2 cars back so it holds a dear spot in my heart! This is also where we watched fireworks together on our first family trip to WDW in 2024! See what’s happening here? It’s the memories for me..

We returned to WDW last month and I knew going into it BTM was going to be down for refurb and while I was saddened, I knew there was plenty more to do!

Instead, we decided to give Seven Dwarfs Mine Train a try for the first time-like, my first time EVER! I didn’t expect much because… I mean, it’s not big thunder. WDW wasn’t going to have two similar coasters that were equally as enjoyable. The kids would probably still like it (my little thrill seekers) and I’d be left still missing my favorite ride.

Well…. I was wrong! First, they are NOT the same! Second: IT ROCKED! It’s fast, has a great track & the visuals are impressive especially if you love Snow White! To be totally transparent, I might have even like it more!!!! 🫢

I know. It’s giving betrayal.

It was so much fun and caught me completely off guard!! So, I’ve been converted. I’m a SDMT fan.

Hey bestie, it’s been a second!

We’ve been a busy little family these past few weeks but so far 2025 has been pretty great to us! We just got back from our family trip to Disney and I am so excited to share lots of entertainment, new tips, tricks and where to find some of the yummiest goodies on property with you!! If you know me, you know I have the heart of a foodie and a good meal or sweet-treat is my love language!

Disney is our happy place and we are finding new experiences to love every visit and learning there’s just never going to be enough time to soak it all in!

Can’t wait to help other families make their dreams come true and plan incredible adventures together!!!

Did you know I also plan other vacations outside of Disney? Like Universal, several of the major cruise lines and all-inclusive resorts around the Caribbean, Mexico and so much more!?

Ready to hang out with some Royalty!!!!!

Did you know you can use the MDE app to find exactly where the Princesses are throughout all the parks!? Not going to lie, I browse my MDE app even when I’m home, 600+ miles away, just to see where everyone is for the day. 😂

Bucket list for this year (according to my kids anyways) is Cinderella, Snow White, Merida, Ariel, Jasmine & Aladdin, Maribel & Timon & Pumba!! Truthfully, I can get on board with all of these!!!

15 days to go until we’re back!

Pirates is such a Magic Kingdom staple! I’ve done pirates more times than I can count but SOMEHOW, on our last trip, there were a few things I forgot about.

Like the cannon, the splash that follows and……..the 14ft drop. My kids were unprepared! 😬

Everyone recovered quickly but next time I’ll definitely be issuing a PSA before boarding our own little ship! 😂

THE LION KING! 🦁 👑
Festival of the Lion King was an absolute favorite of mine growing up and now it’s my daughter’s favorite movie (we watch it at least once a day)!

🌳I can’t wait to take them on their first trip to Animal Kingdom and for them to be immersed in the live show!

I know two little kids (and a grown adult 🙋🏻‍♀️) who are proudly going to be singing their hearts out! Let’s be honest, The Lion King had/has the best soundtrack of any movie ever made & I am ready to die on this hill. 😂

Yep we’re talking bathrooms. But…not like that! 😂

I mean have you ever seen more beautiful bathrooms in your entire life???! Disney does it right! This whole area is screaming “Take a picture!” &&&&&, that’s exactly what you should do!👇🏼

18 Days! 18 Days! 18 Days!

This morning I started gathering a few items that would entertain my kids on our 8 hour road trip down to WDW and you guys, I’m pretty excited!!!!

Let’s talk about something else though. If you know me even a little, you knew this one was coming! 😂
CAKE. BAKE. SHOP.

I already have my plan for this! I’ll be strolling right over to Disneys boardwalk (during kids naps or after bedtime) to scope out this absolutely beautiful bakery and enjoy a little slice of heaven!!!!
Gwendolyn’s Famous Chocolate Cake, I’m looking at you!!!

I’m going for the cake because…well, I LIVE for cake, but they also serve breakfast, lunch, dinner & afternoon tea! I can think of no better (or beautiful!) location to grab a sweet bite!!!
