Le Courty Villa at Le Courty is a luxury villa for two with private pool in sunny Charente Maritime.

The villa is located at a former cognac farm in a tiny hamlet in the Charente Maritime countryside within close reach of numerous places of interest, including the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic coast, Cognac, Pons, Saintes, and the Medoc (Bordeaux) wine region. Enjoy exclusive use of the large (12m x 6m) solar-heated swimming pool and a beautiful dining pavilion in the surrounding patio areas.

The villa enjoys a stylish interior: a fully-equipped kitchen and luxury bathroom which comprises a jacuzzi bath, separate walk-in shower, plus your own private outdoor shower for those balmy evenings and sunny mornings. Wi-fi is supplied, as well as a TV (with French and UK channels) and DVD player.
