Have you ever had a moment when you wanted to give up, when you questioned yourself, “Is it worth it to continue?” To be honest, we weren’t sure whether to share this, but the truth is: we’ve been struggling. Our dream of turning The Secret Reading Retreat into our life’s work has felt fragile at times, weighed down by overwhelming challenges piling up.

But we aren’t superwomen, and not everything is good vibes and picture-perfect moments. What keeps us going is remembering why we started: the joy of books, the beauty of slowing down, and the community of kindred spirits we’ve already met, and those we’ve yet to meet.

And that’s why we’ll keep moving forward, one page at a time. 💛
