It was a great day to take the boat out on the lake. It's a 28" Crownline with an upgraded 5 blade prop. Sounds like an aircraft engine when you are skiing behind it.
Boat ownship is costly. I think if I had a do-over I would just rent a boat which comes in handy if you want to hit lakes beyond your area. Most of the resorts offer boat rental now. Last year I rented a boat at the Lake of the Ozarks which I was staying at the Marriott Tan Terra. That was a fun trip.
