Well hello! You may (or may not) have noticed how quiet I've been recently? No updates, no info, no events. The reason for this is facebook 'community standards'. I seems that racism, misogyny, incitement to hatred, homophobia and false advertising are perfectly acceptable but you're playing with fire if you choose to employ every day, colloquial English because it upsets the american AI bots. I got a months ban for soliciting donations to the Movember Foundation. My crime? Using an expression of enthusiasm very similar to 'eyed ripe yore arum of four tat'.

The Pen*scola Plaza Hotel is hosting its own Oktoberfest on 20 & 21/10/23 and the Fira del Vino on 1 & 2/12/23. I don't know the exact details yet but last year's Fira was an evening event where you bought a ticket and were given a commemorative glass and were let loose to sample up to sixty classic wines and accompanying food. More details to follow.

I went to the fuel station today to get three butane cylinders but was told I could only have two. Does anyone know why?

I came past the new Family Cash on the N340A last night and it was heaving. It's finally open. I wasn't holding my breath on this one as it was supposed to open last year or was it the year before? One attraction seems to be cheap fuel as they are undercutting Bon Area. I might well go and have a look today.
