During the 3-day kora trek, we faced snowstorms, high altitude above 5,000 meters, and countless physical challenges. Every step was difficult, yet no one gave up. We encouraged and supported one another along the way, and together we completed this incredible journey.

今天，我们抵达了珠峰小镇，也来到了梦幻般的佩古错。
海拔4590米，湛蓝湖水宛如一面天空之镜，远处雪山静静守护着这片净土。
风很轻，云很近，仿佛时间都慢了下来。
这一刻，真正理解了什么叫“心旷神怡”。

Today, we arrived at Everest Town and visited the breathtaking Peiku Tso.
At an altitude of 4,590 meters, the crystal-clear blue lake looks like a mirror reflecting the sky, while the snow-capped mountains stand quietly in the distance, guarding this pristine land.
The wind was gentle, the clouds felt so close, and time itself seemed to slow down.
In this very moment, we truly understood the meaning of peace and serenity.

色拉寺是 格鲁派六大寺院之一，由宗喀巴大师创立，是西藏最重要的佛学院之一。
色拉节的核心活动是 僧侣辩经（Debate），已有数百年历史，是藏传佛教教育的一部分。
主要活动是僧侣辩经，僧侣们在寺院广场或院内公开辩经，对游客开放，可以近距离观察。
信徒在节日期间会来寺庙供奉酥油灯、香火、供品。参加小型法会，祈福平安
