I kicked off 2024 with a doctor gluing my chin🥴
((better not to elaborate lol))
I also kicked the year off fulfilling a dream come true of mine by becoming a coach at !!
These two coexisting events are a good summary to 2024.🫶🏽
Exciting, changing, hard, humbling, motivating, discouraging, shifting, awaiting, fulfilling.
With most highs, came lows. And that’s how life tends to go, doesn’t it? With every shift, change, beginning, there’s a journey in getting there.
2024 held a lot of big moments. Weddings, travel around the world, competing in hyrox, buying a new car, launching an in-home studio.
The year also held great change, a difficult move, losing my grandmother, a discouraging injury, saying no to the shiny and a lot of letting go to welcome in the good.
I look back on the year and see that through so many “big” moments, my favorite moments were in the small.
Crying overwhelming tears of joy to my cousin after experiencing swan lake in vienna, wedding day first looks with dad, early friday morning workouts at , hearing my niece’s giggle as she says “TT,” experiencing in-concert with mom, sunday/monday evenings at , evening engagement sessions on the lake, late night post-wedding snacks with Sarah, afternoon photo shoots empowering women through , hours cooking in the kitchen.
It’s an overwhelming feeling of joy closing out another year & wedding season. Reminiscing on the timeline meetings, drinks with clients, vision planning, rehearsal dinners, joining in families, sharing in the tears and joy and collaboration in bringing your vision to life.
// This year in any goals you’re forming & shaping, start small, start slow, build up from there. Small wins create big wins over time. And remember that the journey and the unknown are a part of it all! Stick with it and you’re sure to find the good on the other side.
I’m elated to see what’s next, to work towards what’s next. To allow the hard and the good to co-exist and to execute what’s to come. 2025, let’s do this✨🥂
