In less than a year she has proven to be multi-talented and extremely valuable to Beach Cove. Amber works with three departments at the property - Group Sales, Guest Services and Food & Beverage. Always smiling, always welcoming, and always helpful ... he has a passion for hospitality that shines in every thing he does. Kay W. was our outstanding employee for the month of January at Sea Watch. Wash. Dry. Fold. Repeat. With almost 16 years of service at Sea Watch Resort, Kay could perform her laundry responsibilities in her sleep. Over the years, Ms. Kay has had many roles… room attendant, laundry technician, and currently laundry supervisor. She is thorough, consistent, reliable and willing to help in any way possible to ensure our guests and owners have what they need. The knowledge she has gained over the years combined with the willingness she has to give her all truly sets her apart from her peers. She has been a faithful employee of Sea watch for 17 Years and comes to work every day prepared to go above and beyond to ensure the job is complete. Always giggling, her sense of humor and smile is contagious. Thank you, Ms. Kay!
