I was approached by a customer and was asked if I could do anything with this shed. So after time thinking we decided to transform it in a 2 story apartment. I loved this from start to finish.
There is a bedroom upstairs with 1500 mm by 1500 mm velex window, with a walk-in wardrobe and a storage room.
Downstairs, there is an open plan kitchen/living room, with a utility room and full bathroom. We fitted with a full new gas combi boiler for heating and water. There is also a new consumer box for all the electrics.

We didn't have to go up from any bedrooms as hallway had plenty of room.
Bedroom has 2 large windows,6 double sockets, 8 spots,1600mm double radiator, plenty off floor space and room for built in wardrobes
Bathroom with large window,spots, blue tooth mirror, 1000mm x 1200mm shower ,vanity and toilet,,
Everything finished and painted for xmas😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Just finished in Abbeydale,waterside,attic was 9 meter long and wasted space,so customer ask can we do anything,

We had to put a dormer on this one as we did not have the headroom when u come up the stairs ,and turned out great.
