I’ve watched sunsets all over the world but every October the Florida Gulf Coast brings it. I wouldn’t call the Gulf a hidden gem. If you live in the South you grow up with it. But for my clients in the Northeast…it deserves your attention. Not in summer. It’s horribly hot and crowded. But in April, May, and October it’s one of the most beautiful beaches you will see.

It’s time to revisit Sanctuary Cap Cana for a moment. I LOVE this resort but it’s not for everyone. Especially beach people. But if a boutique experience with excellent service, beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, and gorgeous pool are your jam this is a good option for you! I’ve toured it twice and stayed at this resort once and I fall in love every time. It’s not for party people. It’s meant for those who need to disconnect and relax and reset. Want the best of both worlds? Combo this with a split stay at a nearby resort that offers all the entertainment and a beautiful beach! Multiple resort stays can be ideal for those who want variety!
