This is Another Vegan Market by Chicago Vegan Test Kitchen.

It’s more than just food. It’s a love letter to the vegan community in Chicago.

A monthly, family-friendly market where plant-based vendors come together to share what they make with care. Delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a space that feels welcoming whether you are vegan, vegan curious, or just hungry. Each vendor is amazing!

Hosted at (Logan Square), you can grab a bite, sip a drink, play a few games, and spend the day surrounded by community.

This market is about access, not exclusivity. About small businesses building something meaningful. About nourishing culture, connection, and joy.

The way this business is set up needs to be studied. 🍵

I swear every time I walked past there was a line out the door. So naturally, I had to see what all the hype was about.

The matcha? Good.

The Strawberry Iced Matcha? Even better.

But what really caught my attention was the simplicity.

A focused menu.
A clear brand identity.
Premium ceremonial matcha from Kyoto.
An experience that’s as satisfying to watch as it is to drink.

In a world where businesses often try to do more, this feels like a reminder that sometimes the magic is doing less, but doing it exceptionally well.

The butterfly sanctuary at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum is a soft, sunlit escape, perfect for a solo reset, a slow day with family, or a quiet afternoon with someone you love.

Winter doesn’t always ask us to push through. Sometimes it asks us to soften, slow down, and step somewhere warm.

Chicago has its hidden sanctuaries, and this is definitely one of them.

Check their site for free days and adult-only evenings.
