Throwback to The Lionfish Experience, our very first event held in collaboration with . It was an unforgettable evening of education, sustainability, and exceptional food.

Huge thanks to John Procope for sharing his insight on the lionfish as an invasive species and the importance of mindful eating, and to the Brown Cow team for crafting a purpose-driven menu that truly brought the message to life. Most of all, thank you to our wonderful guests for making the night so special.
