The 7000M Club refers to climbers who have successfully summited mountains between 7,000 and 7,999 meters (22,965 to 26,246 feet). While these peaks are not part of the "D

eath Zone" above 8,000 meters, they are still extremely demanding and represent a crucial step in high-altitude mountaineering. Many climbers use 7000ers as training and acclimatization climbs before attempting 8000-meter peaks. These mountains often require technical climbing skills, strong physical conditioning, and experience with extreme weather, altitude sickness, and glacier travel.

🗻 Popular 7000M Peaks (in the Himalayas and Karakoram):
Baruntse (7,129m) – Nepal

Pumori (7,161m) – Nepal

Himlung Himal (7,126m) – Nepal

Khan Tengri (7,010m) – Kazakhstan/Kyrgyzstan/China

Noshaq (7,492m) – Afghanistan

Spantik (7,027m) – Pakistan

P*k Lenin (7,134m) – Kyrgyzstan/Tajikistan

Tilicho Peak (7,134m) – Nepal

Dhaulagiri II–VI – Nepal (various secondary summits over 7,000m)

🏔️ Good Morning & Great News from Everest 2026

The route through the Khumbu Icefall is now officially open.
As of 28 April 2026, the fixing team has successfully reached Camp I, establishing the route with ladders, ropes, and anchors.

This achievement is made possible by the incredible efforts of the SPCC Icefall Doctors, with strong coordination from the Expedition Operators Association of Nepal and support from all expedition teams.

With this critical section secured, rotations from Everest Base Camp to Camp I will begin shortly.
Over 400 climbers are now preparing for their ascent of Mount Everest, along with Lhotse and Nuptse.

This milestone marks a strong and safe start to the Everest Expedition 2026 season.

🙏 Deep gratitude to all the seen and unseen heroes who made this possible.

Trekking between Camp III and Camp IV on Mount Everest 🏔️❄️

Every step at this altitude is a true challenge—thin air, extreme cold, and steep icy terrain. Yet, every glance around offers breathtaking views that make the struggle worthwhile.

This is where determination meets the edge of human endurance.
