We fell in love with the 30A area in 2003 (back before it was really coined 30A) & purchased our first home in 2005, our Pool Deck House. We are a small family owned business that dedicates lots of time to each individual property. Which also means no big rental company fees for you! And no last minute cancellations or switch arounds (yes we’ve been seeing this A LOT with the big rental companies).
