In these 21days we will use Silence, Mantra, Breath, Scriptures, Satsang as tools to observe the human mind as the witness self.
This allows you to step back and release your attention from the demand of the senses and emotions stepping into ease and freedom. Meditation allows you to understand your mind and transcend the limited consciousness to an expansive wisdom. It helps you realise that there is a natural state of peace and stillness that exists within you if the mind is allowed to settle. When the ripples fade away the clarity of the lake is revealed.

Through silent walks, introduction to meditation techniques, conversations by the fireside and journaling, you nurture your own guide.

Leaving behind hectic urban environment, we will make space for a quiet grounding. While walking along forest paths and meandering beside cool brooks, you will remember what living life in the moment means.
