TMG celebrated our 2025 summer interns with a special lunch on Monday, July 14th to thank them for their time and talents. Tanya and Joe Matthews, along with Margey O’Brien, joined the interns, which provided a valuable opportunity for everyone to share their ideas and insights in a casual setting.

TMG’s owners take great pride in investing time with our interns and celebrating them with a meal during the internship period. They mentor the next generation of constructors by sharing personal industry experiences while also providing encouragement and support. TMG is thrilled to announce several key promotions to our leadership structure!

⭐ Joe Rodenbeck, PMP, has been promoted to Vice President of Capital-National. Joe has been with TMG for over nine years, and his dedication to his craft, high levels of project ex*****on, and customer satisfaction are reflections of his outstanding leadership. As part of his new responsibilities, Joe will be joining TMG’s Executive Committee, helping TMG with the strategy and development of our firm.

⭐ Taylor Vogel has been named Director of Estimating and Field Operations. Taylor has been with TMG for 19 years and is a strong force to our team. His passionate drive for results has allowed TMG to perform increasingly complex work in both scope and size.

⭐ Bill Ruschaupt has been promoted to Program Manager. Bill started as a Senior Project Manager at TMG in 2023 and he has since achieved great success in growing TMG’s portfolio with new and existing customers. Bill’s extensive industry experience will support TMG’s strategic initiatives and his drive to build relationships.
