Well. Well. Well. In trying to find the words to describe this dream of a decadent lilikoi cheesecake, I came across what it actually means to dream about CAKE. 🤔 Right. Who doesn't? 🤷‍♀️ Well anyway, one interpretation is that "cake dreams" are a sign of love and compassion for others. Well, good thing I wasn't dreaming when I indulged in this pastry, because Idid not want to share! Sorry loved ones, I ate the entire pastelito. Cue the guilt. BUT! Guess what. I'll be dreaming of lilikoi cheesecake tonight, so there's hope for tomorrow! 🤗🤗 Maybe. 😘

How much do I love baseball? ⚾ Lots. I walked away from this pic an emotional mess. 😭 asked "Ma, why are you crying??" 😭😭"Because I LOVE BASEBALL!" 😭I mean, c'mon. Despite being an avid fan, meeting , the first Canadian to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame, was an absolute honor. And speaking of honors, will celebrate Mr. Jenkins' illustrious career on Friday. His statue will be unveiled on Statue Row at Wrigley, where "he" will be in the company of other Cub greats, including Ernie Banks, Ron Santo, and Billy Williams. ⚾⚾⚾
UH. YES. There IS crying in baseball. 😭

This flower deserves its own post. mahalo to the staff for the Mother's Day rose. Very thoughtful, and a special touch to a memorable evening. Despite being left in the Lamborghini overnight, this rose is still pristeen, and it's been DAYS! I took these pics today. So, not only a huge mahalo to the staff , but a huge shout out to the flower resource. OK. I lied about the Lamborghini. Ford F-150. Left the Lambo at home, haha! OK. I jest. 😜

This is my final post (maybe) regarding this noteworthy event benefiting UNICEF USA for Ukraine Emergency Relief Fund. Aloha! I am going to keep this theme through the week, because there are so many folks that deserve recognition for giving of their time to . And well, because it's not too late to donate! 💛💙🌻Today, let's talk food. 😋

Sunday at the Sunflower Field. 🌻Yesterday's Concert for Ukraine at Pacific Biodiesel's sunflower fields was exceptionally inspiring in so many ways. Thanks to Pacific Biodiesel founders, Bob and Kelly King, and the enthusiastic staff at Mana'o Radio for sponsoring this moving event. Moving, emotionally, and moving, in a rockin' good way. The music, the food, the sunflowers, the volunteers, the very noble cause, and the motivating speeches, made this one of the most memorable events of the year. The musicians and vendors deserve their own shout out, so more on this through the week. 💙💛💙💛
