a. I'm fluent in Swedish and English, I get by on easy French and light weight Spanish. I love spending time outdoors at all times of the year enjoying all the seasons, meeting, walking and talking with people who visit our beautiful City. My plan forward is to combine guiding with other work throughout the year and some travelling of my own.

Spring is here and around the city all our green park areas and allotments are budding and being prepared for the summer season.
After waiting 17 years I finally was awarded with my own allotment last June. I can now enjoy working here my first spring. It’s such a wonderful hobby and pastime☀️🌱🌸🎶

This summer I have been taking time off to spend time at my new allotment on the old prison island Långholmen in central Stockholm (after queuing for 16 years!) and celebrating Midsummer in the archipelago with my new found love, and some exploring around the Uppsala area. This is a new phase in life with a gorgeous granddaughter now 2 years old and retirement last January from the Royal Court.

So, a little less guiding but on an average once a week. Great fun!!!

Now I’m taking a full break until mid August! Wish you all a happy summer☀️

April is cold this year and some proper Swedish home cooking does the job on a Friday night. When a child - served with milk. Nowadays with a glass of beer or red wine. Mmmm…
