Day 1 in Mauritius – What a Start!

Our first day on this incredible FAM trip with Thompsons Holidays and the Constance Hotels & Resorts has been nothing short of amazing.

We are staying at the beautiful Constance Le Chaland, a boutique-style resort nestled within a protected eco-marine reserve on the untouched south-east coast of Mauritius. The resort offers a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere where nature takes centre stage, making it the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with the ocean.

The infinity pool seems to melt seamlessly into the ocean beyond, creating some truly breathtaking views.

As the sun sets, soft live entertainment adds just the right touch of ambiance without taking away from the peaceful, laid-back vibe that makes this property so special.

And then there's the food! 👌 The chef's creativity has completely impressed us. Tuna paired with passion fruit? Not something I would ever have imagined, but absolutely delicious! And don't even get me started on the rosemary butter — simple, yet unforgettable.

I'm excited to share more of this beautiful island and the incredible properties we're experiencing over the next few days.
