- Over 1.5–2 million wildebeest, plus hundreds of thousands of zebra and gazelle, make this epic 1,000km clockwise loop through the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem every single year.
- Zebras often lead the way, grazing the taller grass and clearing the path for wildebeest to feast on the shorter grass behind them — nature's perfect teamwork.
- From July through mid-November, over a million wildebeest and zebra cross back and forth across the Mara River right near camp, in one of the most dramatic wildlife spectacles on Earth.
