same year when it was granted an International Association of Travel Agents (IATA) licence. With continued dedication and interest (from Peter Botteril, who started Michelle's Travel) in the industry resulted in him taking up numerous senior positions, including chairman of the Transvaal Retail Council, National Honorary Treasurer and the President of the Association of SA Travel Agents (ASATA).
