We all get so caught up in our daily lives that we forget to connect with our city, the people we love our friends and family and before we know it a year goes by and we haven’t seen each other!! It’s about the journey, finding an outfit, decorating your table and sitting down to eat delicious food with your fabulous friends. Johannesburg we have had 2 on a roof top in Doornfontein. Based on a Parisian concept which began humbly in 1988, François Pasquier, returned to Paris after a few years abroad and held a dinner party to reconnect with friends. So many wanted to come that he asked them to convene at the Bois de Boulogne and to dress in white, so they could find each other.(there was no FB in those days)
