AI can help you gather ideas. It can suggest routes, lodges, parks and places to visit. But it does not replace specialist judgement, especially when a trip depends on seasonality, distances, local conditions, safety, logistics and the small details that make a journey work.

African travel is full of these decisions.

Two itineraries can look similar online, but feel completely different once you are actually travelling. That is why I always encourage people to use AI and online research as a starting point, not the final plan.
