📢Monday, 16 March 2026: "Eskom implements the tariff adjustments that will come into effect for the 2026/27 financial year, following the National Energy Regulator of South Africa’s (NERSA) decision of 5 March 2026. NERSA has approved an average electricity price increase of 8.76% for customers supplied directly by Eskom.

The new tariffs will apply from 1 April 2026 for Eskom direct customers. Municipal bulk purchasers will implement their tariff increases, averaging 9.01%, from 1 July 2026, in line with the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), which requires municipalities to implement tariff changes at the start of their financial year."

Keep seeking those spaces and places that sooth you. Quiet calming spots that let you breathe. Create them every where you can. They will be different for each of us. Maybe a cosy chair by a window taking in the garden view, maybe an old chair in the garden next to your favourite scented plant. Maybe a chair at the kitchen table with a pot of your best brew for you and your thoughts. A lit candle on a coffee table mesmerising you and letting your mind drift. A warm bath. A sweet bunch of flowers that fills your nostrils as you walk by. All beautiful. All peaceful all so good for us. And absolutely worth any effort we put into them.

Something About Hibiscus (Guest House) ... is 2 years old.
I'm so grateful. I truly had no idea where and how... all I knew was... just try... and dont give up. you dont have a choice.
This November 2025... so much has been accomplished. I can only say by the mercies of God... I did it. Thanks be to our Father from whom all blessings flow🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
