Holly recently flew overnight from Cape Town to Mauritius with Air Mauritius and wanted to share some firsthand feedback for anyone considering this route.

Overall, she found the Airbus A330 Neo spacious, comfortable, and a very pleasant way to travel. The crew were especially memorable for their warm and friendly service throughout the journey. Holly also upgraded to Business Class on the return flight and really enjoyed the added comfort and smooth onboard experience.

One thing worth noting — with the flight only departing at 23h35, the full meal service around 1am felt a little heavy when most travellers were ready to sleep. A lighter snack or early morning breakfast option may work better for this route.

The in-flight entertainment could probably do with a refresh, but overall the flight was comfortable, convenient, and a great direct option for travelling to Mauritius 😊
