ETHIOPIAN - has to be the worst airline in africa to deal with. KLM in their wisdom cancelled my clients flight and bumped them over to ET !!! Well clients arrived minus 3 of their 4 bags - as per normal on ET. ET as per normal - dont know how to respond to an e mail - even the managers Hanna Makonnen and Henk - imagine that ! ET also nEver answer their phones - why they bother to have them is a mystery . And Guess what - the cherry on the TOP - ET ignore international IATA LAW - that clearly states - that the airline has to deliver delayed LUGGAGE . ET simply refuse and the traveller has to make his own plan to get his luggage. TOUGH TAKKIE - should be their moto - we DONT CARE - never HAVE and never will- we are happy being unprofessional / unethical and dishonest DISGRACE
