Guess who’s new to the Blyde Adventure Camp family? 👶🌿
We’ve been a little quiet on social media lately… but for the BEST reason possible! Our newest (and tiniest) team member, Carlie Erika Huddle, decided to make her grand entrance into the world! 🍼✨
The past few weeks have been filled with nappies instead of nature trails, baby giggles instead of campfires, and a whole lot of coffee instead of team-building energy drinks. But now, with Carlie officially part of the team (she’s still working on her tubing and hiking skills 😉), we’re ready to swing back into action!
Thank you for your patience while we took some precious family time. We’re back, refreshed, and so excited to share all the adventures, laughs, and unforgettable moments ahead at Blyde Adventure Camp!

Roots of Rhythm at BAC!

One of our absolute favorite incursion activities at Blyde Adventure Camp is Roots of Rhythm Tribal Dancing — and the campers LOVE it just as much as we do!

These talented performers are marvelously entertaining and totally engaging. They bring the rhythm of Africa alive with powerful drumming, singing, and dancing — and they don’t stop until every camper (and guide!) is up on their feet, moving to the beat.

Even those with two left feet find themselves kicking high and having the time of their lives. It’s always a joyful, energetic highlight of camp. 💃🪘
