This is the back house on the property without a sea view. We call it the Annex.

Did you know we have our own water system and fresh rain water drinking taps directly to the kitchen! We plan on building a gated fence as we don’t have the best parking for the Annex. The front house with sea view is allowed to use the garage as it is connected. Our builder is busy with the plans to close in our front area for safer parking for the Annex. Always something on the go at Ocean Mooring. Always feel free to share improvements that you would recommend, love Devon and Kelly
