Thank you for the opportunity of introducing The WorkCircle, your partner in real estate training. Our Workshop facilitator has many years’ experience in the field of training and is committed to providing a comprehensive and professional training service. We offer the following workshops:
• Real estate Internship – This workshop is for anyone who has just entered the real estate industry and is
required to complete their Internship
Duration: 10 days – 1 day per month for 10 months from 8:30am to 4:30pm
Cost: R7 500
Course Material: Each Intern to purchase their own course material from an accredited service provider.
• FETC Real Estate NQF level 4 – This workshop is for agents who are required to complete their real estate qualifications
Duration: 1 day per week for 6 alternate weeks from 8:30am to 4:30pm
Cost: R4 500 per person
Course Material: Each participant to purchase their own course material from an accredited service provider.
• Professional Designation Exam (PDE) level 4 – This workshop is to prepare estate agents to pass their Professional Designation Exam
Duration: 1 day from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Cost: R750 per person (this price includes the PDE Referencing Guide)
Course Material: Each participant to purchase their own Study Guide from the EAAB
