LIONESS and LION CUBS .On our recent trip to Savuti we came across this beautiful lioness with two cubs under a bush close to the marshes road. It was truly a great experience as they were very calm just observing and taking in everything around them. Lions in Savuti are always special. What other places do you connect with on a personal level?

The BEST LEOPARD sighting in Savuti. On the 1st of July 2026, we with a group of friends and guests stayed at a private camp in Savuti. We already saw a lot of cats the day before, 4 different sightings of lions in total. This sighting of a beautiful leopard came as a big surprise to us. It is probably a once in a lifetime sighting. The leopard slowly climbed up the tree and did the thing that everyone expects a leopard to do but never truly sees in real life. Chilled on a branch. You always either see them hunting, on the ground or already in a tree. This was magnificent. One of our guests took this beautiful video.
