Itโ€™s inspired by Zimbabweโ€™s stunning Matobo National Park (old name was Matopos) - a UNESCO World Heritage gem with epic granite formations, ancient rock art, dense leopard populations, diverse wildlife, and even Cecil John Rhodesโ€™s grave!
AND: Itโ€™s where NJ was born! She left at 2, with no memories... until 60 years later, when we tracked down her baby homes and explored the park. It stirred something deep in us (no wonder itโ€™s sacred to the Ndebele people) and we go back often! Our Joburg home was named Matopos too. And now our Stilbaai home carries an even deeper meaning. โค๏ธ"
