We have received such a wonderful special from Belmond Safaris (formerly Orient-Express Safaris)!

For travel from 1 September - 14 November 2022, you can stay at 1, 2 or 3 of the Belmond properties (Savute Elephant Camp, in the Chobe National Park, Khwai River Lodge in the Moremi Game Reserve and Eagle Island Camp in the Okavango Delta wetlands) for USD 4 035 per person sharing for 4 nights, or USD 5 882 per person sharing for 6 nights. This special package rate includes round trip flights from/to Maun Airport and all inter-camp flights, as well as their standard inclusions - all meals, all local drinks and safari activities (game drives, walking safaris, boating safaris and mokoro excursions, water level dependent). A fantastic price, especially when considering that 1 September - 31 October is safari peak season in Botswana!

From travel from 15 November - 23 December 2022, you can stay in any of their camps or lodges for USD 499 per person per night, single or double occupancy, with standard rate inclusions, as above. For travel in the Green Season (1 January - 31 March and 15 November - 23 December) 2023, the rate increases to USD 540 per person. A maximum of 4 rooms can be booked on this rate, per booking.

About us...

Jatara International are an inbound tour operator / DMC, supplying bespoke luxury travel to discerning clients throughout the continent of Africa and her islands… Mauritius, Madagascar, São Tomé & Príncipe, Lamu, Réunion and the Zanzibar, Seychelles, Bazaruto and Quirimbas archipelagos. Our head office is in Cape Town, South Africa, and we have satellite (operations) offices throughout the regions we cover.

Most of our clients come from the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, the UK, France, Monaco, Italy, Israel, Switzerland, Russia, Australia and New Zealand.

Jeanne entered the tourism industry in 1997 and gained valuable experience working in a broad spectrum of travel, from overlanding, group and incentive travel, to individual, special interest and luxury (VIP and celebrity) travel. Having most enjoyed working with couples, honeymooners, families and multi-generational family groups, this is what Jeanne focussed on when founding the company in 2004, and this still forms the base of the business. Robyn joined the company in 2006 and the ‘dream team’, as many clients call us, formed a solid bond over the many years we have worked together, and we work together on every client. We pride ourselves on being creative, relevant and have minute attention to detail, working as a concierge service as well as an inbound tour operator/DMC, essentially. We don’t only book tours and hotels, we also book your restaurants, theatre tickets, au-pair/babysitter, pack your picnic basket (and supply blankets and cushions to boot)… you name it, we’ll do our best to arrange it for you. Our aim is to provide a turnkey solution to every client, so that you can just relax and enjoy and leave the thinking and organizing to us.
