Salt and Copper is a true gem! Located in an amazing spot (4min drive from the cottage), it offers both convenience and charm. The food is absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavorful dishes that are clearly made with care. Fast service to boot. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for everything from a casual night out to a family dinner. Speaking of family, it's very kid-friendly — a big plus for parents looking to enjoy a great meal without stress. I had an amazing time at the Gin School at Cafe Gannet in Mossel Bay 🇿🇦! Learning the art of gin-making was such a unique experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and passionate, and the setting close to the ocean 🌊 was simply breathtaking. We crafted our own personalized gin recipe, and can't wait to enjoy it back home. An amazing dinner afterwards sealed the deal. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Garden Route!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting a charming small boutique gin distillery called Lions Creek Valley Boutique Distillery 🍸. The gin tasting experience was delightful, and we discovered some unique flavor profiles. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect afternoon outing 🕰️. I highly recommend checking them out if you're a gin enthusiast or simply looking for a new experience. The farm itself is picturesque, adding to the overall charm.

We are blessed to have worked with an excellent contractor and would like to share some before and after photo's of an upgrade to the Lighthouse exterior. Thank you Louan Bou Kontrakteurs - Lourens Neuhoff 👌🏼🙌🏼 for the paving, paint work and braai. Thank you Kobie from The Cutting Edge Landscaping for the planters 🙌🏼. The last shoutout to ALL Shade for the carports and the roller blind for the outside seating 🙌🏼. All top notch service and highly recommended.
I need to mention that without our guests supporting us this would not have been possible. A huge thanks goes out for your support too 🪷🙏🏻

We were so honored to host father and son, Bok and Jannie, who are walking for their incredible campaign, ANIMAL LIVES MATTER TOO. They're undertaking a 1000+km journey from Graafwater to George and back to raise awareness for this important cause. Their dedication is truly inspiring!
