As a Senior Travel Consultant, you’ll be responsible for designing bespoke travel experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service from inquiry to post-travel follow-up. You will play a key role in curating, selling, and managing luxury and adventure travel experiences across Africa.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Consult with clients to design tailor-made travel itineraries that match their needs and budget.
✅ Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and experiences in Southern & East Africa.
✅ Manage the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to confirmation and final documentation.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

✔ Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury or adventure travel consulting.

✔ Proficiency in travel booking systems and CRM tools.

🚗🌍 Welcome to South Africa, Travelers! 🌍🚗

Planning to explore our beautiful country with a hired vehicle? Here are some essential driving rules and regulations to keep in mind for a safe and enjoyable adventure! 🛣️✨

Drive on the Left:
Remember, in South Africa, we drive on the left side of the road. Take some time to adjust if you're used to driving on the right!

Seat Belts Are a Must:
Always buckle up! It’s the law for all passengers, and it enhances your safety on the road.

Speed Limits:
Keep an eye on speed limits—generally, it's 60 km/h in urban areas and 100-120 km/h on highways. Speed cameras are common, so stay within the limits!

Alcohol Limit:
The legal blood alcohol limit is 0.05%. We recommend not drinking and driving at all. Use a designated driver or rideshare service if you plan to enjoy the local nightlife.

Roundabouts:
Yield to traffic already in the roundabout. Enter when it’s safe, and use your indicators to signal your exit.

Wildlife Awareness:
If you're venturing into rural areas, watch out for animals crossing the road, especially at dawn or dusk.

Emergency Numbers:
In case of an emergency, dial 10111 for police and 10177 for ambulance services.

Shark cage diving can be a kid-friendly adventure!
At Marine Dynamics, families can dive into the thrill of the ocean together.

Our Salty Travel CEO, Carla, recently took her friends and their kids for an unforgettable experience.
The amazing staff ensured everyone felt safe every step of the way and that everyone including the kids had a blast! 🦈✨

Although the kids didn’t do any diving they were still able to see a whopping 12 sharks, a ray and a seal.
A huge thank you to Wilfred from Marine Dynamics for gifting the kids each a penguin teddy to take home.
