The speakers and the audience were such a vibe. We needed more time to engage with the speakers. Starting 2025 we will have a monthly event in form of a master class with 1 of our previous speakers over the 3 years taking up a session alone so we can exhaust most of the pending issues at heart.

Speaker Profile: Jason J Mulikita is a Lusaka-based Zambian photographer and filmmaker with a passion for telling stories that matter. With over a decade of experience in the field, he has extensively travelled across Africa, India, UAE and the UK on various shoots for clients such as USAID, G.I.Z, Gates Foundation, the University of Florida, Sightsavers, Save the Children, Roger Federer Foundation, CARE International, VSO International, New York Times, Clinton Health Access Initiative, Marie Stopes, Hivos and the United Nations and its agencies.
Jason's work is characterised by a deep respect for the subjects he photographs and a commitment to accurately capture the spirit of their communities.
His images are both beautiful and thought provoking, and they have been recognised for their ability to move and inspire people.

SPEAKER PROFILE: Jonathan Ngoma is an accomplished Web and Digital communications expert with a strong foundation in knowledge management and information systems

With over ten years of experience working with the United Nations in Zambia as a Web & Creative Media Manager, he has led impactful communications, branding and visibility activities such as the GEF5 project, Green Climate Fund Project, UN Joint Programme On Refugees and the United Nations Joint Programme on Gender-Based Violence.

Jonathan has also spearheaded Web Migration initiatives for United Nations Development Programme - UNDP in South Africa and the United Nations Country Office in Botswana.

Changwe Kumalinga currently serves as CFO of Good Nature Agro, a legume seed and commodity company that is ranked by Financial Times as the fastest growing company in Zambia and top 50 in Africa. Changwe oversees Good Nature Agro’s financial operations in Zambia, Malawi, South Africa and the USA as well as guides the strategic direction of their Business Intelligence Department. Not to mention being a team member of Good Nature Agro’s Investment Team responsible for fund raising and investor relations. Changwe has over 15 years of professional work experience in the fields of Finance, Investments, Tax Accounting, Business Development, Business Consulting, Agriculture, Retail/Commercial/Corporate Banking, Bank Operations, Technology, Sales and Human Resources. Changwe is a solution strategist and holds a dual masters from the USA, an MBA with a concentration in Finance; and a Masters in Investments (Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management). Additionally, he holds a Bachelors in Finance and Economics from the USA as well. Changwe currently serves as Board Member of Chit Chat (Neo Bank & Payment Platform), Higher Tactics (Athlete elite training USA) and previously served as Board Secretary for the American Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Zambia. Trevor Mumba is a 41-year-old award-winning Zambian entrepreneur, media personality, and founder of Rovert Marketing, Rovert Radio, and Rovert Logistics. Raised by his grandmother in the township of Matero, Lusaka, Trevor began working at a young age to support his family. Despite academic challenges, he turned to business, starting out by selling DVDs and CDs on the streets of Lusaka. In 2010, he established Rovert Marketing, which has since expanded across multiple industries, including media, cattle ranching, sports management, logistics, and energy, with operations in Zambia, South Africa, Malawi, and Zimbabwe.
A recognized media figure, Trevor won the 2023 Zambian Radio Personality Award and the 2022 Medium Enterprise Owner of the Year Award. Based in Johannesburg with his wife and daughter, he has a deep passion for cars, fashion, and mentoring young entrepreneurs. Trevor is also an aspiring Member of Parliament for Matero constituency in Lusaka, Zambia, and is committed to fostering youth empowerment and community development.
